Band Formation
Kiss The Teacher ABBA Band was formed in 2000. With a Mallorca contract where our 4 talented performers were brought together.
Performing 2 different tribute shows. We devised Kiss the Teacher (ABBA) & Committed II Blues (Blues Brothers & Commitments) shows, Performing 7 nights a week, over 8 months in Mallorca.
During the winter months we performed in the UK at social clubs, Tribute nights etc.

Lanzarote
2005-2007 - We moved the ABBA Band to Lanzarote with a new line-up. Kiss the Teacher became a highly requested show in veunes around the island.
2008 -2009 - Was spent back and forth between Tenerife and Corfu. During the winter months we performed in the UK at social clubs, Tribute nights etc.

Multiple shows
We were engaged with the supply of resident entertainers to perform ABBA tributes. For a range of European hotel chains across Menorca, Zante & Lanzarote.

2015
A New line up
2015-2017 - Stuart (only original member) reformed Kiss the Teacher by casting for a new line up. Bringing ABBA tribute concert shows throughout the UK to multiple venues. Including Pride Festivals & Tribute Festivals.
2018 – We took the ABBA Band back to Mallorca. For an 8-week contract & performed a tour of UK holiday parks.

New PA & Lighting
2019 - there was a substantial investment in a new PA & Lighting System, As the band performed for Themed Music Weekends around
the UK
2020 – Was set to be a bumper year starting in February for the Royal Navy. Followed by several wedding bookings into March. Before COVID-19 stopped everything for us all.

The Future...
We look forward to getting back to performing. With bookings in place to bring Kiss the Teacher to more new venues. And returning to old favourites throughout the UK.

Back on the road...
Kiss the Teacher are back touring the UK with performances booked for indoor and outdoor events thru 2022 and beyond, More investment into some stunning new costumes as we continue to update our 100% ABBAttraction show.
